Printemps en Paris

Paris is always a good idea, even during exams.

Sarah and Verity visited Paris for the weekend from London, and I jumped at the opportunity for a study break!

We had the ultimate girls' date in Paris. Met at Angelina for decadent thick hot chocolates. Strolled through the Tuileries Garden. Admired Monet's waterlilies at L'Orangerie. And snacked on macarons from Pierre Herme all afternoon.

Paris truly is beautiful during Spring time. The gardens are lush with colourful trees and flowers in bloom everywhere you look. I wish I had another day free so I could go to Monet's garden to see the real waterlilies!

As for now, back to the books in Fontainebleau..
